We generally deliver all orders in 7-28 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 - 20
working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which
are totally out of our control.
When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this
number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

Be aware that shiklik does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by
the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can
vary according to country.

We offer return for your goods 3 days after delivery.The product must be in original condition. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached. We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.We offers full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost , Taxes and 9.99$ of restocking fee).
sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way ,we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address.
