What is your return policy?

We offer return for your goods 3 days after delivery.The product must be in original condition. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached. We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.We offers full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost , Taxes and 9.99$ of restocking fee).

sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue.

charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way ,we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

How do I return my order?

Always contact customer service with :

1) Your order number

2) Product name or SKU number/Product code(you can find this in your confirmation email)

3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos to shiklik.service@gmail.com before you send back an item.

Are returns labels free?

We currently are unable to offer a free returns service. Please note the return label is only valid for 10 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team. The charge of return label increases according to the number of items you refund. after our team reaches your e-mail you will receive the pricing for the label according to the type, size and number of items that you want to return.

To where do I send my return?

When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you  need to send the items to.

How long it takes to process returns?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.

When do I receive my money back?

To ensure that we can process your refund quickly, please ensure you follow the instructions closely and provide all of the required information. Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund you will recieve an e-mail for an estimated timeframe on when to expect to receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost , Taxes and 9.99$ of restocking fee).

shiklik cannot be held liable for the loss of your shipment during the shipping to our warehouse.

We recommend using a  registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
